Shipping
Once your order has been completed and paid for online, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. The package will be delivered within the following days.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition. However, we cannot control the temperature or handling between the time of shipment and the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the contents of the order once the package has been left with the delivery company.
All perishable products, waffles & crepes, as well as Léonidas chocolates, can be shipped. However, we cannot control the temperature or handling between the time of shipment and the time of delivery.
Delivery by carrier
All orders with a delivery address outside Granby, Bromont, and Cowansville will be shipped by one of our carriers.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping address. Shipping is free for all purchases of $100 or more (only Quebec).
There may be additional charges for remote areas. If applicable, we will contact you by email.
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, with your order tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be left at your door.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available in Granby, Bromont, and Cowansville only, for a flat fee of $15.
You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped (approximately 1 to 3 business days after your order has been processed).

Pickup
The package can be picked up at the store within 48 hours of receiving your order, depending on the pickup days listed below. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready.
Pickup days are the same as the store's opening hours.
