Refund policy
To obtain a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You must provide us with the invoice (paper or electronic). Our policy is 10 days following purchase and/or receipt of your package.
Several types of products cannot be returned (neither exchanged nor refunded):
*Food products
*Léonidas chocolates
*Books with signs of use.
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
Please check that the merchandise is in good condition and that the order is complete at the time of delivery or pickup. Please notify us within 48 hours if you have received the wrong item or if your product has a manufacturing defect. Send us an email with a photo to boutique@cestbelge.com
The refund will be issued according to the original payment method. Sale items are final sales. Purchases can be returned in person at the store. Upon receipt of the returned products, any amount charged to your credit card account by C'est Belge Boutique will be credited to you. C'est Belge Boutique will cover shipping costs if the products you ordered are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. In all other cases, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and packaging costs required to return an item.
